That’s usually standard when making a purchase online, maybe for VAT reasons or maybe it is saved if you decided to get a printed version of the certificate!

This is very much unprofessional, they should resolve your matter as soon as possible. This site seems legit but such experiences shake the trust element.

The printed certificate is free. However, legal doesn’t accept it. I paid 27EUR for the physical certificate and they refuse to refund it. Instead they want me to pay for the DHL for 55EUR, which I still don’t trust if it will actually arrive. No I have not received the paper for 4 months now. Yes I get all sort of domestic and international mail to my address all the time, except this.
